Refunds: All purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable.

Late Cancel/No Show: $35 for each booked service.
Late Cancel/No Show (Prepaid Services): Your services will be lost and not usable in the future
Late Arrivals: Receive a deduction of your service time and have the remaining amount of time duration left to use
